Tuesday, July 10, 2018

This evening Members of the Little Creek Fire Company Assisted our partners across the bay in Cumberland County NJ with a Water Rescue drill in the Delaware Bay at the Miah Maull lighthouse. These evolutions consisted of placing divers onto the lighthouse, removing a victim in a stokes litter, removing victims from the water and transferring to another vessel. We would like to thank Chief Cliff Higbee for allowing us to participate. It was great working with the members from  Downe Twp Dive Team, Leesburg Fire / Rescue, Millville Fire Dept, Little Creek Delaware Fire / Rescue, NJ State Police, Port Norris Fire / Rescue, Mauricetown Fire / Rescue , Nick Conti for use of his boat and the Fishing Vessel Bonanza II and his crew.
